Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment must be received ten business days prior to the start date of the workshop.  Participants must cancel a registration at least five business days prior to the start date of the workshop.  All cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed or emailed.  Also, please note the following concerning our cancellation policy:

Non-members: Full refunds will be made for written cancellations received earlier than five business days prior to the start date of the workshop.  An administrative fee equaling 10% of the full workshop price will be retained for each participant cancellation received within the five business days prior to the start date of the workshop.  If written cancellation is not received prior to the workshop, then the full amount of the training payment will be retained by The Ergonomics Center (TEC).

Members: Written cancellation must be received five business days prior to the start date of the workshop.  If written cancellation is received inside the five-day period, an administrative fee equaling 10% of the full workshop price will be billed to the member.  A space will be provided in an upcoming workshop if there is a spot available one week prior to the event.  If the next space available is past the expiration date of membership, the space will be forfeited.  If a member does not notify the Center of cancellation and does not attend the workshop, the membership space is forfeited.

TEC reserves the right to cancel any workshop. In this case, the entire registration fee will be refunded.  The Center is not responsible for nonrefundable hotel or transportation reservations should workshops be canceled.
